In the Firm, we process your personal data in order to carry out the activities and procedures aimed at fulfilling the obligations arising from any business and / or legal relationship that we establish with You. Such purposes are:  

1. For customers and visitors: I. Primary purposes: (i) to prepare quotations for our services; (ii) to understand and attend to your legal needs; (iii) authentication of transactions through electronic means; (iv) to provide you with legal advice and prepare the legal instruments of your interest in the Firm’s practice areas; (v) integration of files; (vi) to manage tax invoices or digital tax receipts; (vii) to manage and issue transaction receipts; (viii) information management to keep our databases updated; (ix) to accredit your identity and verify the information provided; (x) contact You; (xi) allow the management, administration and security of personal data; (xii) integrate them to our internal records for sending fiscal and legal information, as well as news regarding the provision of our services; (xiii) management of the contractual and/or commercial relationship; and (xiv) maintain physical, electronic and procedural safekeeping of personal data in terms of the applicable legislation and regulations, and comply with the applicable legal requirements in civil, commercial, administrative and fiscal matters; and II. Secondary purposes; (i) to manage the customer support of the services rendered by the Firm; (ii) to manage communications about operations; (iii) to respond to requests for information about our services; (iv) to respond to comments, suggestions, complaints and clarifications; (v) to manage your transaction history; (vi) manage the sending of communications with notices, messages, news, invitations to events, whether through printed, electronic, telephonic and/or face-to-face means for advertising, promotional, commercial prospecting or marketing purposes; unless you expressly state your wish not to receive them; and (vii) implement activities aimed at promoting, maintaining and improving our services; B. For Candidates: (i) confirmation of identity and contact information; (ii) management of the recruitment and selection process; (iii) review and verification of employment history; (iv) confirmation of economic status; (v) management of the recruitment, selection and hiring process; (xi) conduct reviews of personal data and supporting documentation to verify the information provided by employees and/or candidates for employment, and by the personnel of third party service providers, either through third parties or through the Human Resources Area.

For the purposes set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Firm may require certain information, among others: name, trade name or corporate name of the organization, address, Federal Taxpayers Registry (“RFC”), e-mail, telephone, and any other relevant information in connection with the legal and/or tax services requested (the “Personal Data”). For all legal purposes, you are hereby informed that your Personal Data will be treated in a strictly confidential manner, in compliance with the Personal Data Law, its regulations and the guidelines of the Privacy Notice.

We have sufficient security measures for the protection, confidentiality and security of your personal data in order to restrict access to them to unauthorized persons. Also, our employees, representatives, consultants and / or third parties involved in any phase of the processing of your Personal Data will keep the strictest confidentiality regarding them, an obligation that will remain even after the end of the relationship with such persons. Additionally, in our offices there are several points where video-surveillance cameras are installed in closed television system for real-time monitoring with recording of the spaces where they are directed, in order to provide security and protection to you and your Personal Data, as well as the personnel, assets and work tools of the Firm, which are treating or contain your Personal Data.

Once you have provided your personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and cancel your Personal Data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof. You may limit the use and disclosure of your data, as well as revoke the consent you have given us tacitly or expressly, either directly or through our Privacy Officer (according to the term defined in the comprehensive privacy notice). This Privacy Notice may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements, our own needs for the services we offer, privacy practices, to implement improvements and/or new security measures. Any modification to the same will be published in the web page www.turanzas.com.mx. 

The modified Privacy Notice will take effect seven business days after its publication.
